Preliminary Phone Call  (Free)

If you have been considering hiring an interior designer, but aren't sure what to expect, how much it will cost, or whether it would be a good match, please pick up the phone and give me a call! One-time Consultation ($250)

If you have a smaller project and don't need to commit to ongoing services, this is the option for you! This consultation is good for up to 3 hours of open-ended design time in your home or at your project site. Do you need help finding the perfect paint colors to go with your new home? Have some ideas for your basement remodel, but you're not sure if they are realistic? Selling a home and need some staging tips or help deciding whether to update the bathrooms or the kitchen? Most of these types of questions can be answered in a single visit to your home. Don't guess on those small design decisions that can have a huge impact on the feeling and value of your home. Initial Consultation ($180)

This 2-hour consultation is the first step in the design process for larger projects and lays the informational groundwork for all the work going forward. It is a working meeting in which we determine the scope of the project, begin to develop a realistic budget, and plan our to-do list. This meeting is the opportunity for you to ask any questions you have about the design process and learn how my services will bring your vision to life. Be prepared to discuss your design problems and goals, your stylistic likes and dislikes, and your household's unique lifestyle needs. By the end of this meeting, we will have determined a game plan to achieve the dream results for your project and will be ready to move forward in making your vision reality!

On-going Design Services ($90/hour)

All design services after the initial consultation are billed hourly at the rate shown above. These services are personalized to the project, but may include the following:

  • Complete project presentations with concept drawings, digital mood boards, and product specifications

  • Custom cabinet and furniture design

  • Architectural detail concept designs and drawings for decorative moldings, stair railings, wall treatments, built-in shelves, etc.

  • Floor plan modifications for renovations and additions--see the potential in your space!

  • Full color coordination for everything from paint and flooring to furnishings and decor

  • Complete basement finishing design 

  • Bathroom and kitchen remodel plans

  • Personalization of builder floorplans to make your home unique in your neighborhood

  • Custom window treatment design

  • Furniture selection to fit your budget and style

  • Coordinating with home builders and contractors throughout the design process

  • Consultations at builder's design centers to select products for your new home

  • Lighting plans and selection to provide both practical lighting and aesthetic accents.

  • Artwork selection and arrangement

  • Flooring selection, plan, and tile design

  • Rugs, accessories, bedding, and other decor

  • And much more!
